Shipping & Handling
All orders are confirmed by call before dispatch. Once confirmed, orders are shipped the same day if processed by 4:00 PM. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays.
Payment & Delivery Restrictions;
• COD Policy: To ensure service quality, customers with a history of refusing COD parcels will be required to make full prepayment for any new orders.
• Address Details: For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the shipping address. The option to use a separate billing address is valid only for prepaid orders.
