  • We currently ship across Pakistan
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be announced separately

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery. Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment or tracking details where available.

DAVGREY is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible locations within Pakistan
  • DAVGREY reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain areas or customers based on order history or verification requirements

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries
  • DAVGREY will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information

8. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

The customer may be required to pay re-shipping charges, or the order may be cancelled according to our policies.
